THE NOTICE OF ACCESSORIES

Note: Warranty period: the start date is based on the date of the original purchase invoice or receipt (if the date of purchase cannot be traced, the date of production of the product serial number is calculated).
1. Warranty details
(1) Within 7 days after purchase, if the purchased product has a functional fault listed in the manual but actually cannot be used, the consumer can choose to return, replace or repair the product free of charge by the original invoice or the fully filled warranty card.
(2) Within 15 days after purchase, if the purchased product has a functional fault listed in the manual but actually cannot be used, and the appearance of the host and accessories is not worn, the consumer can choose replacement or free repair by presenting the original invoice or a fully filled warranty card; If consumers choose to replace, lingtong service center will be free of charge for consumers to replace the same type of goods with the same specifications; If the production of products with the same model and specifications is stopped, the replacement of other models of products with no lower performance than the original products shall be completed within 3 working days from the date of receipt of the faulty products
(3) If the end user buys the product for more than 15 days and during the warranty period, if the product has the functional failure listed in the manual but actually cannot be used, the consumer can provide free warranty at the Lingtong service center with the original invoice or the fully filled warranty card.
(4) During the warranty period of non-human fault free maintenance; Out of warranty period and artificial fault maintenance only charge corresponding hours and spare parts.
2. It is not free maintenance:
(1) The product exceeds the warranty period stipulated by Lingtong Company.
(2) The product shall have any product or detachable parts of the product that are not covered by the warranty.
(3) Failure or damage caused by failure to use, maintain or keep the product in accordance with the operating instructions or the working environment indicated in the instructions.
(4) Failure or damage caused by installation, maintenance, modification or disassembly without informed authorization (screw hole protection label damage).
(5) Rechargeable batteries in the following cases: a. There is any damage to the seal of the battery shell or any unsealing phenomenon; B. Defects or damage caused by charging or using equipment or maintenance conditions other than those specified in the product.
(6) Products not sold through formal sales channels (such as products imported through abnormal channels and fake products).
(7) Failure or damage caused by accident or other force majeure factors.
(8) Wear under normal use.
